Socket and switch installation

Shower installation

If your upgrading or installing an electric shower, we can help you with the process and ensure your shower is installed correctly and to a high standard.

During your free quote we will determine if you have the correct water pressure to work an electric shower, and ensure your electric circuits are up to current UK standards to install a new appliance.

Full and Partial House Re-wires

It is generally recommended homes are re-wired every 25 years to ensure the cable and fixtures are in good, and safe condition. A rewiring is generally completed in two steps: First Step – wiring, cabling, back boxes and circuits are all replaced. Second Step – installation of faceplates and lighting fittings on switches and sockets is done.

Garage and Shed Power Points

We can install outdoor power sockets for whatever your needs are, such as hot tubs and lawn mowers. We can also supply electrics for your pond needs, such as pumps, fountains and lights.

New Fuse Boards

We can supply and install and consumer unit (known as a fuse board) Any consumer unit without an RCD needs an upgrade. This doesn't always mean a whole new consumer unit and we would be able to tell you upon quoting what work needs to be carried out. Consumer units with wooden backs and/or ceramic switches need upgrading.

Smoke and Fire Alarms

For domestic properties having hard wired smoke alarms is a great way to keep your family safe, and for commercial properties we can ensure your business is protected and up to current regulations.

TV Installation

When mounting your tv on the wall the wires often pose a problem, our electricians can hide the wires for you. We also install Home Cinema Systems, Surround Sound Systems, Internet and Satellite points!

Underfloor Heating

Underfloor heating can help keep floors and rooms warm and offer a space-saving alternative to radiators. It can sit beneath pretty much any type of floor, including stone, tile, wood, and carpet.

An electric underfloor heating system has a series of electric wires or electric heating sheets which are installed beneath or within your flooring. These are used to heat an area or a room, such as a cold, tiled bathroom floor.

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

Electrical condition reports are a necessity especially for landlords. Landlords must have their rental properties checked every 5 years, whilst home owners are advised to check every 10 years. These are also imperative when purchasing or selling a home, they can flag up any costly works required, or even become valuable to your sale. Our electricians will check the condition of your electrics against the UK standard for safety of electrical installations and issue a certificate once complete.

Any faults found will be followed up by a quote to rectify the faults.
